HEALTHY BANANA BREAD

A super tasty bananabread without wheat flour, instead it is baked with healthy non-glutenoatmeal.The banana gives the bread a light, delicious sweetness, but not too much. Theadded cinnamon gives some comfort.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 3 Bananas
  • 7 dl Oat meal (6 dl oat flour)
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • tsp Baking soda
  • 2 dl Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 200 c. Mix the eggs fluffy.
  • Add oatmeal,salt, baking soda (bicarbonat) and yogurt. Stir well to a sticky dough.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork on aplate. Stir the bananas into the dough. Mix well.
  • Place the dough in a loaf pan lined withparchment paper. Divide the banana for the decoration along, into two parts.Place them on top of the dough.
  • Bake the bread at the bottom of the oven forabout 50 minutes.
  • Lift the loaf out of the mold and let it coolon a wire rack.
