HEALTHY BANANA BREAD

A super tasty bananabread without wheat flour, instead it is baked with healthy non-glutenoatmeal.The banana gives the bread a light, delicious sweetness, but not too much. Theadded cinnamon gives some comfort.

- 3 Eggs
- 3 Bananas
- 7 dl Oat meal (6 dl oat flour)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Baking soda
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
Set the oven to 200 c. Mix the eggs fluffy.
Add oatmeal,salt, baking soda (bicarbonat) and yogurt. Stir well to a sticky dough.
Mash the bananas with a fork on aplate. Stir the bananas into the dough. Mix well.
Place the dough in a loaf pan lined withparchment paper. Divide the banana for the decoration along, into two parts.Place them on top of the dough.
Bake the bread at the bottom of the oven forabout 50 minutes.
Lift the loaf out of the mold and let it coolon a wire rack.
