Instructions
Heat the raspberries in a saucepan over medium heat. Add water if not juicy enough.
When the berries have broken down add honey, vanilla and chia seeds.
Let cool before putting in canisters.
Notes
The jam will keep for a week if covered and in the fridge. But at my place it's gone before then.
