Healthy raspberry chia seed jam

A delicious healthy jam made with raspberries, vanilla, chia seeds and honey.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 225 g Raspberries
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 1,5 tbsp Chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Heat the raspberries in a saucepan over medium heat. Add water if not juicy enough.
  • When the berries have broken down add honey, vanilla and chia seeds.
  • Let cool before putting in canisters.

Notes

The jam will keep for a week if covered and in the fridge. But at my place it's gone before then.
