Chocolate Banana Nice Cream

This Chocolate Banana Nice Cream recipe will satisfy any sweet tooth. With only 4 ingredients, this ice cream is dairy-free, vegan and ready in under 10 minutes flat. Top with peanuts and serve immediately or freeze for later.

- 3 Ripe bananas frozen in slices (about 450 g)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 dl Almond milk unsweetened might need a litle more
- 3 tbsp Raw cacao
Mix all ingredients in ablender or food processor to the desired consistency. If your blender is havinga hard time blending the bananas, add more almond milk by the tablespoon.
Top with roasted hazelnuts, peanuts or chocolate sauce.
Store the ice cream covered in plastic wrap in an air-tight container in the freezer. Thaw for around 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
