Chocolate Banana Nice Cream

This Chocolate Banana Nice Cream recipe will satisfy any sweet tooth. With only 4 ingredients, this ice cream is dairy-free, vegan and ready in under 10 minutes flat. Top with peanuts and serve immediately or freeze for later.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 3 Ripe bananas frozen in slices (about 450 g)
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 dl Almond milk unsweetened might need a litle more
  • 3 tbsp Raw cacao

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients in ablender or food processor to the desired consistency. If your blender is havinga hard time blending the bananas, add more almond milk by the tablespoon.
  • Top with roasted hazelnuts, peanuts or chocolate sauce.
  • Store the ice cream covered in plastic wrap in an air-tight container in the freezer. Thaw for around 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
