Ingredients
 
 

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 yellow onion minced
  • 1 green bell pepper minced
  • 1 small courgette minced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 chili powder
  • 1 ground cummin
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tomato paste
  • 2 cans crushed tomato
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 5 dl beef broth
  • 2 bay leafs

Instructions
 

  • In a sausepan brown the mince, then add onion and bell pepper.
  • Reduce the heat to medium-low. Stir in the tomato paste, and dried spices, and cook until about 2 minutes.
  • Add the canned tomatoes with juices, drained beans, beef broth, and bay leaf. Give it a stir.
  • Increase the heat to high until the chili comes to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes uncovered, stirring occasionally.
