SPICED GRANOLA WITH COCONUT

My favourite “spiced” granola recipe, which is so yummy and comforting .

Ingredients
 
 

  • 5 dl oat meal
  • 5 dl raw coconut chips
  • 1 dl sunflower seeds
  • 2 dl hazelnuts
  • 3 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 2 tsp cardamon ground
  • 0,5 tsp salt
  • 0,5 dl honey
  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions
 

  • Set the oven to 175C
  • Mix all the ingredients until everything clumps up a bit. Pour it all out on a covered oventray. Roast the granola for 15-20 minutes until completely dry. Once cooled enjoy!
