A creamy tropical, refreshing ice cream inspired by the drink pina colada. This delicious fruity treat makes a great family-friendly dessert or snack. Completely without sugar and dairy products and where the creaminess comes from frozen bananas.
Frozen banana is the most common base in a nice cream, but in addition to the basic ingredient, you can use lots of good berries and other flavors. A tip is to first slice the bananas before freezing them. Make sure you always have some freezer bags filled for urgent ice cream needs! Just bring them out when you get the urge to make some ice cream.
