A super tasty banana bread without wheat flour, instead it is baked with healthy non-gluten oatmeal. The banana gives the bread a light, delicious sweetness, but not too much. The added cinnamon gives some comfort. Serve for breakfast, a snack or dessert. Slice the bread and freeze to thaw when a craving appears.
Tip! If you don’t have oat flour (very expensive) Mix 7 dl oatmeal to 6 dl oat flour. So easy!

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 3 Bananas
- 7 dl Oat meal (6 dl oat flour)
- ½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Baking soda
- 2 dl Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Set the oven to 200 c. Mix the eggs fluffy.
- Add oatmeal,salt, baking soda (bicarbonat) and yogurt. Stir well to a sticky dough.
- Mash the bananas with a fork on aplate. Stir the bananas into the dough. Mix well.
- Place the dough in a loaf pan lined withparchment paper. Divide the banana for the decoration along, into two parts.Place them on top of the dough.
- Bake the bread at the bottom of the oven forabout 50 minutes.
- Lift the loaf out of the mold and let it coolon a wire rack.
