Nice cream is a collective name for ice cream made from frozen fruit and without added sugar. Nice cream is not only creamy yumminess, it also contains smaller amounts of sugar and fat than regular ice cream. You also get the added benefit of some extra vitamins and minerals. Give this guilt-free treat a try. In this quick recipe, I combine the classics banana, chocolate and a hint of peanut butter. Choose to eat right away as soft serve or freeze. If you freeze it will get very hard and needs to thaw about 30 min before serving. Top with nuts, chocolate chips or chocolate sauce and enjoy!

Chocolate Banana Nice Cream

- 3 Ripe bananas frozen in slices (about 450 g)
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 dl Almond milk unsweetened might need a litle more
- 3 tbsp Raw cacao
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in ablender or food processor to the desired consistency. If your blender is havinga hard time blending the bananas, add more almond milk by the tablespoon.
- Top with roasted hazelnuts, peanuts or chocolate sauce.
- Store the ice cream covered in plastic wrap in an air-tight container in the freezer. Thaw for around 30 minutes before scooping and serving.
